Made to Order & Delivery
Products are made to order and shipped directly from my production partners. Production and delivery estimates vary by product and destination; you’ll find the relevant timeline in the Production & Delivery dropdown on each product page.
For products customized with your pet’s photo—including designs that transform their photo into artwork and Shadow’s Jazzy Sketches art bundles—you’ll receive a mockup or artwork proof by email before production. Preparation begins once your photo and required custom details are received. Production starts after you approve the design.
Shipping time means time in transit after dispatch. The approximate delivery total shown on each product page includes design preparation, production and shipping, assuming prompt mockup approval where applicable.
Your order may arrive in separate packages.
Items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately, so they may arrive on different days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Production backlogs, holidays, customs and carrier delays may extend these estimates.
Product-Specific Shipping Notes
Hooded Sherpa Blankets
Shipping is unavailable to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Guam.
Sled Ornaments
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States: Allow an additional 7–12 business days on top of the approximate delivery total shown for the USA. This extra transit time applies only to these destinations.
Shipping to these destinations currently uses an untracked service. The production partner describes this as temporary but has not provided an end date.
Canada tracking: Tracking updates stop once the parcel reaches Canada. The local postal service completes delivery, so tracking will not show its progress through to delivery.
