How it works

  • 1. Choose your ornament

    Choose a design you love, then add the photo, name, or other details requested on the product page and place your order.

  • 2. Approve your mockup

    I’ll email your mockup within 1–3 calendar days of receiving your photo and required custom details. You'll review the design and check your custom details before approving it for production.

  • 3. Make room on the tree

    Your approved design is printed on your chosen ornament and shipped to your door—a keepsake to bring out Christmas after Christmas.

What kind of photo should I use?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo with your pet’s face in focus and their ears fully visible. Original photos work best—avoid screenshots, heavy filters, or cropped-off features. See our Photo Tips for examples.

How long will my ornament take to arrive?

Timing varies by ornament type and delivery destination. Check the Production & Delivery section on your chosen product page for an approximate total, including mockup preparation, production, and standard shipping.

Estimates assume prompt mockup approval. Time awaiting approval, production backlogs, holidays, customs, and carrier delays may extend these estimates. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Can I include more than one pet?

Not every ornament design can accommodate multiple pets. It depends on the photos, layout, and available space. Combining pets from separate photos may also require additional design work.
